Need to make a manual commission payment request?
If you used SORS to manage quote+trip communication with your guest, then commissions will automatically be paid out to you per your current Advisor Tier payment schedule. No form needed!
If you did not use SORS to manage a quote+trip (eg Viator or Kingdom Strollers or Expedia etc), then you can submit a non-SORS commission payment request here. Finance will research and confirm the request and payout according to the Advisor Terms.
Need to redeem some Travel Rewards?
Fill out this form and our Finance team will make sure everything is in order to get it processed based on the below details.
#1 - You can begin submitting rewards requests once the trip is paid in full up until departure date. Requests submitted after a trip has been completed and/or after commission has been paid out will not be sent.‍
#2 - For cruises, onboard credit will be processed 5-10 days before sailing assuming commission has been received. If you submit a request less than 10 days before embarkation, only a gift card may be sent. Gift cards will be sent automatically 72 hours before embarkation.
#3 - For theme parks, beach resort and any other trip types that have requested a gift card, you must send an email to hello@famvia.com confirming check-in has taken place. Gift cards will not be processed until check-in has been verified by you, the travel advisor.
#4 - Any emails to hello@famvia.com regarding travel rewards must include the trip confirmation #, the travel partner, the guest's first and last name, their travel dates and their email.
#5 - Gift cards are sent to you as the travel advisor which you can then pass on to your guest with your own special message! It may take up to 72 hours before our gift card vendor (Tango) processes and send the gift card to you once requested. If you have not received the gift card 72 hours after check-in confirmation, reply to your initial email to hello@famvia.com.
#6 - If a travel reward is disbursed and check-in has not taken place or there is a chargeback from the hotel, the reward amount will be deducted from a future commission payment to you so please make sure we are all actually going to get paid before you request rewards!!!

#1 - You cannot offer travel rewards for trips that cost less than $1,000.
#2 - Famvia Travel will split the cost of the rewards with you; however, you can offer additional $ which will be deducted from your commission payout.

How do I know how much commission we made?
Gross Commissions are always found on the agency confirmation email you would have received after making the booking. Most cruise lines also show this information on their itinerary page and VAX shows this information as well.


WDW/DL room only packages do not show commission unless booking very long stays. So you will have to manually calculate 10% on the pre-tax price (or 3-8% for commissionable-tickets only). Our team will research and let you know the exact amount if you need help!
