Onboarding

When filling out the form for your guest, check the box that says Are You A Travel Agent? and input "Famvia Travel" as the Travel Agency. Input your First and Last Name, your phone number and your email. Our CLIA # is 00044490. There should not be any specific notes for the commission or invoice.

Commission

Away We Go offers a flat rate commission on the base price of the rental or transportation and does not pay commission on gratuities. We are paid quarterly from Away We Go so expect delayed commission payments if you are Tier 1 or Tier 2.

Training & Benefits

A canva PDF link is below and their expectation is to book 2-3 months in advance. For Disney families, consider doing this before you book your clients' dining reservations for the best chance for AWG to accommodate your families. The AWG office is operating at an appx 2-3 business day turnaround on new submissions.
