Carnival Cruise Line
Carnival has made serious efforts to rehab its image and not be known as the party cruise line any longer with major investments in new ships, its private island and onboard amenities. That being said, if you are taking a 3 night cruise on Carnival out of Miami... just be prepared :-). In all seriousness, Carnival has several new ships in the works and their 2 'Italian' ships the Firenze and Venezia are good steps forward to becoming a cruiseline that families can enjoy together.
Onboarding
Create your account here on GoCCL to become an active Carnival Cruise Line agent!. Be sure to use Agency Name: Famvia Travel Inc and Agency Phone #: 8173825040. And you'll need to select Agent in the dropdown.
Commission
Carnival Cruise Line pays commission on the cruise fare only. If your Guest adds Vacation Protection Insurance, then you will earn commission on this as well. AÂ major note here: Carnival does not offer commission on port fees, taxes, pre-paid gratuities, excursions etc. There is also a specific amount of each cruise passenger called a "NCF" or "Non-Commissionable Fare". This amount can vary slightly but does impact the Gross Commission amount because it brings down the commissionable cruise fare.
You will see the gross commission in the booking process + the agency confirmation email.

Training & Benefits
Learn and Earn is the training program for CCL and it has 3 levels to complete as an Agent. As with all other training courses, you must complete the levels to unlock benefits! Some advisors have issues going directly to the link instead of logging into GoCCL first then clicking the button on the home page to be taken to Learn and Earn.
In order to quality for benefits (including travel advisor rates), we recommend completing all levels as quickly as possible. Once you finish, you can begin to use travel partner rates. Note: Carnival's Travel Advisor rates are not available on every sailing but do provide really good discounts off of the normal rates when available. In general, you will have to wait ~6 months in order to get a discounted rate for any new ship.

Carnival is great for young adults and those that want to have a great time without spending too much. They are the party cruise for a reason: get ready to invite your friends to dance (and drink) all night. Bring Tylenol.
How do I transfer a booking to myself?
You will need to call the Carnival Travel Agent Support # (same # on this page) and provide the following info in order to transfer each stateroom... you'll need the info for each stateroom:
- Booking Number
- Stateroom #
- Sailing Date and Ship
- First/Last Name of each Guest
- Date of Birth of each Guest
- IF the guest created a PIN Number while booking their trip, you will need that as well (this is pretty rare, not common).
NOTE!!!! We only have 90 days from the time of booking to submit the transfer so go-go-go!!!
NOTE!!!! The reservation cannot be paid in full.
