Celestyal Cruises
Celestyal is a cruise line focused on Greek, Adriatic and Mediterranean cruises only with only 2 ships currently sailing. While we have not had the opportunity to cruise them yet personally, one of our Advisors loves the cruise line and the itineraries are fantastic for locals. They have some interesting itineraries like the Footsteps of Paul, Scholars Tour and more.
Onboarding
Our Celestyal admin must add you to our account manually. If you want to become a Celestyal advisor, please email advisor-success@famvia.com to receive an invite.
Commission
Celestyal Cruises pays commission on the cruise fare only. If your Guest adds Vacation Protection Insurance, then you will earn commission on this as well. A major note here: Celestyal does not offer commission on port fees, taxes, pre-paid gratuities, excursions etc. There is also a specific amount of each cruise passenger called a "NCF" or "Non-Commissionable Fare". This amount can vary slightly but does impact the Gross Commission amount because it brings down the commissionable cruise fare.
You will see the gross commission in the booking process + the agency confirmation email.

Training & Benefits

As far as benefits go, Celestyal is very niche and not very well known outside of its operating area. They do not offer a ton of advisor rates or discounts, but their trade support team may be able to help if you want to go onboard and check things out.

What do you think Luiz?
This is a very good cruise line for those that want to connect with nature and enjoy a romantic time. Celebrity Cruises is also very stylish. I wouldn’t advise this one for families with kids, but it’s a great choice for adults that want to relax, do some shopping and enjoy great food.
How do I transfer a booking to myself?
Follow the steps on this form here. In the next page, select that the guest has worked with the travel agency before. Also, you'll need to use 817-271-0906 as the lookup phone number for us.
NOTE!!!! We only have 30 days from the time of booking to submit the transfer so go-go-go!!!
