Disney Aulani
Located in Ko Olina, Hawai‘i is the Aulani resort. It's a beautiful retreat away from everything that ails you! But seriously, this resort is absolute perfection (albeit expensive). Everyone who goes there is blown away by the touches of Disney magic throughout the resort from the rooms to garden areas to the pools and more. The kids programs are fun for most ages and there are some great fresh food options. It's also close to other resorts that you can head to for a change in scenery, especially food.
Onboarding
Register yourself at DisneyTravelAgents.com using our Agency's CLIA # 00044490. Our Disney Admin will be able to accept your request to join our agency. If you are transferring from another agency, click "Update Agency Association" in the top menu and input our CLIA # there! Once approved by our Disney Admin, you will be able to start booking under our Agency.
Once you are registered on DTA, you will have access to book vacations for folks heading on DCL (along with all of the other Disney Destinations!).

Commission
Disney has different calculations for each component of a vacation which can range from 10% for Room Only reservation up to 13% for packages (which are not super common). The amount of commission will be in the confirmation email.

Training & Benefits
Be sure to complete your College of Disney Knowledge training on Disney Aulani (found under "Training and Benefits"). You will also have to pass an annual assessment each year to unlock that year's discounts across all of the different destinations Disney offers. From time to time, there are on-property events that you may be eligible to attend to further your training.
Once you complete College of Disney Knowledge, you will be eligible for discounted stays at Disney Aulani! Note: you can only stay on-property using a discounted rate once per calendar year AND you must have your own CLIA # which you will submit proof of through the DTA portal to verify eligibility for this offer. This applies to any benefit available on DTA.

What do you think Luiz?
Ever thought about getting a tan next to Captain Hook? Well, this is one of the best beach resorts in Hawaii, and comes with that special Disney touch. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it awesome? Also yes. There are tons of meet & greets, awesome restaurants and amazing pools for those that want to relax.
How do I transfer a booking to myself?
Send an email to transfer@famvia.com with the First and Last Name of your guest and their email address. We will send a form for e-sign to you and the guest to fill out. Then all you need to do is submit the complete PDF to the email address shown on the file and Disney's central ops will get it transferred within 10 days.
NOTE!!!! We only have 30 days from the time of booking to submit the transfer so go-go-go!!!
