Your gateway to the world is available via Expedia TAAP! While we cannot onboard every single resort in the world, the chances are very good that you can book something for a guest via Expedia TAAP portal. If a Guest asks you to book something not readily supported via the portal, check here! VAX Vacation Access is also a good option, but Expedia TAAP portal will have a lot of unique hotels and off-the-beaten-path resorts. I use this for personal travel as well (and you can too ofc)!
Onboarding
Sign up using this special link. If you try to sign up using your normal, consumer expedia.com login, it will give you an error as you cannot use the same email address for both accounts.
Your account should show Famvia Travel, Inc. and tracking code WS74005 in the top right corner. If it does not, contact our team ASAP. You need this tracking code to show up in order to earn commissions.
Note: if you reside in Canada and need to show CAD prices, please use this link to sign up... this is only for our Northern brothers and sisters, eh!

Commission
Commissions are paid based on the property type and vary between the rates below. No two properties in a list are the same and you will see wildly different commission rates for every hotel.
Note: any bookings made on the consumer expedia.com site are not eligible to be transferred and will not earn commissions. You must be on expediataap.com in order to earn commission from any property.
Training & Benefits
Complete your training at the TAAP Academy here. You will be able to earn points on bookings which you can redeem for additional rewards yourself!
Any rewards you earn here are 100% yours so definitely sign up for the rewards as soon as you can after completing the initial training.
Expedia
FAQs
We do not earn any commission on flights by themselves. In select packages, we may earn some very small commission on a flight but it's really a rarity and not something to be counted on.
Expedia has a bajillion hotels and properties across the globe and there are some great hotels and some not so great ones. Each property will have it's own ranking in Expedia's algorithm and that's why you'll see some are Basic and some are Premium Plus even though they may be right next to each other. It's all up to Expedia's discretion + what the hotel gives them.
Most likely not. Most hotel chains do not honor or give points when travel is booked on third party sites (surprisingly, airlines do!). You can always try asking at the hotel but it's not guaranteed and 9 times out of 10 a stay will not be eligible to earn any loyalty points or rewards when you book the stay through Expedia TAAP.
