Hyatt is one of the most recognized hotel brands with everything from Hyatt Place to Secrets to Bahia and even Park Place in Tokyo. They have also invested significantly in their travel advisor program and we are excited to work together!
Note: there are no Guides/Reviews/FAQs links above because there's a TON of hotels and properties.. however, we will be adding Secrets properties to famvia.com for booking.
Onboarding
To get started, first self-register for the Confidant Collective using this link. Remember, our CLIA # is 00044490 and input the rest of the details as necessary... ensure you select that you are Travel Advisor and select which types of travel you would like to sell. Select Home-based for Advisor Type.
Once confirmed, log in and click on "Update Profile" on the top of the homepage, scroll down the page, check to Opt-in Rewards and Confidant Learning then click "Update".

Commission
Our team encourages advisors to visit their Confidant Collective profile and navigate to the Advisor Direct Advantage page under the Resources tab.
This page will provide in detail the advantages & steps on booking via Hyatt.com and commission info towards the bottom of the page. It's very easy to book online! Here are some #s you can call as well (always, always, always ensure our CLIA # is on the booking to earn credit.
We earn 10-12% commission depending on the property. If booking a Hyatt hotel, ensure it is commissionable (usually WOH discounted nights or standard are not commissionable, but should count towards your Confidant Collective rewards).

World of Hyatt has a ton of great benefits for you as a travel advisor! Honestly one of the best TA programs out there among the big 3 (Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott). You are able to submit bookings for ALL stays whether you booked via phone, the Hyatt site and even Expedia!
To submit a booking:
Login to your Confidant Collective account.
Click "Submit Booking" at the top of the homepage
Submit all leisure bookings(direct or through a tour operator) - up to 45 days from guest check-out to earn points to gift yourself.
This is how we track agency & advisor production.
*I recommend submitting bookings, once the client makes final payment.*
Remember, you'll have to hit our CLIA minimum in order to qualify for your own CLIA card, but once you complete the Education program - you’ll find your special offer code under Advisor Travel in your Confidant Collective account.
