Marriott is one of the most well-known hotel chains in the globe with hotels spread across all continents (except Antarctica!). Marriott has a very good travel agent program as well with solid discounts for Advisors who book other Guests often. Keep in mind that you will want to book directly with Marriott via the agent portal rather than going through VAX or Expedia so your guests can continue to earn their loyalty points.

Be sure to select "no" that you are not an owner/manager (because you will be rejected and have to start all over :)!

Commission

Marriott has multiple rates with different commission percentages per rate type. Also, Marriott will not allow us to research any commission payments until 45 days after a Guest has completed travel (which affects Tier 1 Advisors at this time). Another thing to keep in mind is that some rooms do not pay any commission at all - so be sure to double check what the room type and available commission is when booking.
