MSC Cruises operates one of the largest fleets at sea targeting the European and Mediterranean markets. MSC also services itineraries sailing from various US ports as well. MSC also offers a very competitive commission package with advisors able to earn 5% on excursions, shore packages, transfers etc booked in advance (which almost no one else does except Virgin Voyages!). I am personally really excited about the launch of MSC World America next summer. The ship looks incredible and we'll be their on the inaugural sailing! This will be a great line to watch over the next couple of years.

Commission

MSC pays commission on the cruise fare only. If your Guest adds Vacation Protection Insurance, then you will earn commission on this as well. A major note here: MSC does not offer commission on port fees, taxes, pre-paid gratuities, excursions etc. There is also a specific amount of each cruise passenger called a "NCF" or "Non-Commissionable Fare". This amount can vary slightly but does impact the Gross Commission amount because it brings down the commissionable cruise fare.

You will see the gross commission in the booking process + the agency confirmation email.

Training & Benefits

MSC Masters is the training program with 8 required courses (including the final exam). It is one of the easiest trainings at sea BUT is really interactive. MSC is one of the oldest cruise line in the world due to its history as a transportation behemoth. There are also a lot of ships in MSC's fleet with some really cool ships debuting in 2025.

MSC offers multiple benefits to its advisors that have completed the MSC Masters program, including very appealing travel agent rates.

What do you think Luiz?

One of the big players in Europe that is starting to expand its presence in North America with the MSC World America in 2025. It’s also a very affordable cruise line with a very different feel when compared to Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruises. Give them a chance and you won’t be disappointed.

How do I transfer a booking to myself?

Send an email to transfer@famvia.com with the First and Last Name of your guest and their email address. We will send a form for e-sign to you and the guest to fill out. Then all you need to do is submit the complete PDF to the email address shown on the file and Disney's central ops will get it transferred within 10 days.

NOTE!!!! We only have 60 days from the time of booking to submit the transfer so go-go-go!!!

How does a guest get access to the speakeasy on World America?

Look for someone with red and gold shoulder lapels and they may have a special coin ;)
