Norwegian Cruise Line routinely wins awards for its Freestyle Dining concept and group travel experience. It is one of those cruise lines that just keeps growing and going - and it's always a solid choice in our opinion. Their private island, Great Stirrup Cay, is pretty cool and their ships are really fun. The Vibe Beach Club is almost a must-have on many ships because of the crowds on the top deck. Something to think about is the true cost of staying on board as there are plenty of upsells. The Free at Sea drink package is a great inclusion, especially for 'free soda'.

Commission
Norwegian Cruise Line pays commission on the cruise fare only. If your Guest adds Vacation Protection Insurance, then you will earn commission on this as well. AÂ major note here: NCL does not offer commission on port fees, taxes, pre-paid gratuities, excursions etc. There is also a specific amount of each cruise passenger called a "NCF" or "Non-Commissionable Fare". This amount can vary slightly but does impact the Gross Commission amount because it brings down the commissionable cruise fare.
You will see the gross commission in the booking process + the agency confirmation email.

Training & Benefits
NCLU is a really good onboarding program for new advisors and old alike. NCLU can be accessed via Norwegian Central site or at ncluniversity.com. Some advisors have issues going directly to the link instead of logging into Norwegian Central first then clicking the button on the home page to be taken to NCLU.
You must reach Bachelor's Degree in order to qualify for travel advisor rates. Once you start booking, you will be able to earn a Master's Degree which gives you even more benefits and better discounts.
Fun fact: you tie your personal Latitudes Rewards # to your Norwegian Central account. Once you reach your Bachelor's Degree, NCL will recognize you as one of their own travel partners and give you some perks onboard the ship! It's super cool and really love that they do this.

What do you think Luiz?
A great option for those that love mega resorts at sea. These guys are similar to Royal Caribbean, but they are more chill as they don’t have rigid dining schedules or a dress code. Also: go-karts on top of the ship.
How do I transfer a booking to myself?
Send an email to transfer@famvia.com with the First and Last Name of your guest and their email address. We will send a form for e-sign to you and the guest to fill out. Then the GUEST must submit the form and CC you.
NOTE!!!! If the booking is NOT paid in full, we only have 14 days from the time of booking to submit the transfer so go-go-go!!!

The guest must email dispatch@ncl.com to complete the transfer.
