Royal Caribbean is the largest cruise line in the world and has the two largest cruise ships in the world currently with Star of the Seas will sail in May of 2025. We really, really enjoy our cruises onboard, even the older ships. While it's not a party cruise, there is a fun vibe. The kids pool deck/area on Liberty of the Seas puts the Disney Magic to shame for example. The donuts at the evening buffet are to die for at Windjammers. The kids clubs on older ships are not as great and our kiddos weren't begging to be dropped off like they do on DCL.

Onboarding

Go to CruisingPower.com and click "Create an Account" and then "Register for Cruising Power" to register yourself. Please use the phone number: 817-271-0906 to find our agency.

Once registered on Cruising Power, you will have access to both Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises.

Commission

Royal Caribbean Cruise Line pays commission on the cruise fare only. If your Guest adds Vacation Protection Insurance, then you will earn commission on this as well. A major note here: RCCL does not offer commission on port fees, taxes, pre-paid gratuities, excursions etc. There is also a specific amount of each cruise passenger called a "NCF" or "Non-Commissionable Fare". This amount can vary slightly but does impact the Gross Commission amount because it brings down the commissionable cruise fare.

You will see the gross commission in the booking process + the agency confirmation email.

Training & Benefits

Royal Caribbean University is the online learning center for all things RCCL. It is a very in-depth and complete program which will take a full day to complete properly (seriously, it's the longest training program of any Travel Partner we work with!). Some advisors have issues going directly to the link instead of logging into Cruising Power first then clicking the button on the home page to be taken to RCU.

In order to quality for benefits (including travel advisor rates), we recommend completing all levels possible. Once you graduate with your Bachelors, you can begin to use travel partner rates. You also get perks like free internet and more which must be claimed prior to your cruise! Note: Royal Caribbean's Friends and Family / Travel Advisor rates are not available on every sailing but do provide really good discounts off of the normal rates when available. In general, you will have to wait ~6 months in order to get a discounted rate for any new ship.
