VAX is not only the destination to book all things Universal, you can also book things like SeaWorld and other resorts. VAX has some great partnerships in the non-mainstream beach resort category, especially in Mexico. It's always a good idea to check here too before booking something on Expedia. VAX also has some great perks and offers good incentives and promos to our Travel Advisors.
Onboarding
In order to receive access to VAX, an admin must add you to our account manually. If you want to sign up for access to VAX or especially if you are considering becoming a Universal agent, please email advisor-success@famvia.com to receive an invite.
Once you have access to the VAX Vacation Access portal, you can book a TON of different destinations, resorts and of course both Universal locations (Florida and Hollywood)! Btw, remember our agency's phone number is 8173825040 when signing in to VAX.
Commission
Commissions are paid based on the property type and vary between the rates below. No two properties in a list are the same and you will see wildly different commission rates for every hotel and resort destination.
Any bookings made directly with the resort on their website (eg if you were looking at an all inclusive resort online and tried to book it there directly instead of through VAX) will not earn any commission.

Training & Benefits
VAX has just a few training videos and PDFs available on its site, mainly showing how to book through the various suppliers on VAX.
Because VAX is just like a booking engine, it does not have benefits itself... however, there are quite a few discounted rates offered by the suppliers themselves (which ofc can be booked on VAX!).

I don't see a hotels only option on VAX for Universal.
You're right! You have to call in order to book a hotel only stay. That # is 1-800-232-7827
