Viator offers bespoke and unique excursions, travel stops and activities all across the globe. Viator also offers a generous 24 hour cancellation policy so Guests can feel free to change plans as needed. They recently also came out with a way for you to create your own list of excursions so you can have special lists for Mexico vs Caribbean and more!

Commission
Viator pays a flat 8% commission rate on any experience booked through you. You must be logged in at travelagents.viator.com when making the booking for it to count!

Would you recommend an excursion through Viator or direct with a cruise line?
It depends on the expense and the time in port. If it's a short port window, then I would only book with the cruise line. If there's a longer port window, then you can consider booking through Viator. The reason is that a cruise ship will wait on any guests who have not made it back by the return time IF they are on an official, cruiseline-sold excursion. They will not wait on someone who is on an excursion sold by a third party if you miss the return time.
