Virgin Voyages is one of the hottest brands in the cruise industry right now with multiple demographics. The food onboard is really killer and unmatched with the sheer volume of choices. Because it's an adults-only cruise line, well, you gotta know what you are selling. Whether it's individuals or couples - everyone will have a great time onboard. There really is something for everyone and if you don't want to party all night, you can chill in your super comfy room. There are certainly good options to party but when you hit 35, reading a book in bed at 9pm sounds about right (but you can still shake for champagne).
Onboarding
Head to this link and click Become a First Mate. Select "Home Based/Virtual" and "Sales Agent" as your role.

Commission
Virgin Voyages pays commission on the cruise fare and any other items added to a cruise booking!. It is hands down the best incentive structure in the industry right now. If your Guest books an excursion, adds a bar tab amount or insurance - you get 10%. And of course you earn a flat 16% on every cruise fare with no deductions for any "NCFs" or "Non-Commissionable Fares". The only thing you do not earn commission on are any port fees, taxes etc.
You will see the gross commission in the booking process + the agency confirmation email.

Training & Benefits
Once you are confirmed with our agency, within 2 days you will receive access to Seacademy which is where you will be able to complete all your training through 4 levels. Seriously, it will take 2 days before they give you access (it's not up to us!).
Complete your training to receive OBC, a bar tab and of course access to travel advisor rates, which are KILLER deals. Virgin takes amazing care of their peeps!

An edgy, stylish cruise line for adults only. I like to call it the Carnival Cruise Line for those that want something more elegant. This is a great company for passengers that love to party, enjoy great food and want to relax next to the love of their lives… or maybe even find that special someone.
How do I transfer a booking to myself?
Your guest must call Sailor Services and inform them within 30 days of the original booking (and it cannot be paid in full!) in order to process a transfer to our agency. It's best to do a 3-way call, eg do a call with you first and then Sailor Services is on the line as well.
NOTE!!!! We only have 30 days from the time of booking to submit the transfer so go-go-go!!!
