In order to become a Viking Travel Agent, you have to complete their training program, which has 4 modules to give you in-depth knowledge about Viking’s offerings. The first module is Viking Fundamentals, which is an overview of the brand and values. The second module is dedicated to Rivers, and they explain to you all about cruises, destinations, and features. The third module is similar, but this time it is about Ocean cruises. And the final fourth module is about Expeditions, where you’ll learn about Viking’s expedition voyages, adventure destinations, and specialized vessels. After completing these 4 modules, you’ll become a Viking Certified Expert.
