You can become a Viking Certified Expert by completing the training at Viking Travel Advisor Academy. To do so, you only need to register on their portal, create an account, enroll in the Academy, and start learning. Once you have finished all the training, you will receive a certificate and a badge. Keep in mind that this certification is only to boost your opportunity to sell Viking Cruises, and you’ll still need CLIA, IATA, or ARC credentials to work as a Travel Agent, or join a Host Agency that has them, such as VacationLab.
